This website, paulshao.com, is operated by Paul Shao, a licensed real estate salesperson (Massachusetts license #9062651) with the Shao Realty Group at RE/MAX Executive Realty, 969 Concord Street, Framingham, MA 01701. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Paul Shao and the Shao Realty Group.

Information you give us

When you use the contact or home value form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, what you are interested in (for example buying or selling), a property address if you provide one, and your message. We use it only to respond to you and to help with your real estate needs.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We also use the Follow Up Boss website tracker, which uses cookies to record which pages are viewed. If you have contacted us, it can connect those visits to your contact record so we can better understand what you are looking for. The tracker runs only on paulshao.com.

Home search and home value tools

The home search, listings and home value tools on this site are provided by RealScout. If you use them, for example to save a search or request a home value, RealScout collects the information you enter and handles it under its own privacy policy. Listing data is provided by MLS Property Information Network, Inc.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer your questions, prepare market analyses and home values you request, send you property or market information you ask for, and follow up about your real estate plans. We store contact details in Follow Up Boss, our client management system. We may share your information with professionals involved in your transaction (such as attorneys, lenders or inspectors) only when you ask us to or when it is needed to complete your transaction.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls, texts and email
